In Seoul Raiders, Lam as a special agent for Japanese security is on a hunt for The Avenger, a counterfeiting tool. When American embassy staffer Owen swipes the plates and takes a fugitive hike into Korea, Lam follows, as does JJ, a thief also on the trail of the plates. In Korea, these three, with Hanna Cho and Jo Su-hyun tagging along as Lam's aides, mix it with Korean counterfeiting honcho Black Bear in cross, double cross and full-on action sequences where nothing is as it appears.
